When a YouTube's biggest gaming and family creators just streamed a deeply disturbing video calling his entire family demons, that's left fans horrified. we go inside.
Trump's DOJ hiring conspiracy theorists, election hackers and lawyers with some truly bizarre histories.
What a lot of people are missing about Hollywood skewering tech billionaires this why Andrew Tate's getting hit with bestiality accusations.
We're talking about all of that and even more on today's brand new Philip DeFranco show. You daily dive into the news, starting with this. one of the most requested stories today.
Kind of came out of nowhere on the text line. Let's talk about this tragic and scary situation with duty of free TV.
Any if you don't know what you're not familiar because we're all in our very specific online bubbles.
FTV is this massive family gaming and vlogging empire led by Vincent and Samantha Carter, right aka Daddy and mommy.
And then their four kids, and they have over 25.5 million subscribers in their main channel alone, with millions more across other affiliated channels and social media accounts.
And while a lot of the family content, it's usually centered around gaming daddy, he also regularly makes posts about Jesus, God, and Christianity kind of more broadly on some of the accounts that focus more specifically on him.
But then yesterday he made some very, very concerning comments on an Instagram Live and a series of stories that have been since re uploaded. right.
So you have him saying that his real last name is actually Pam Pina, and that people were trying to clone No, I'm not a clone, guys.
I'm telling you that they're gonna. This is the real me, and they're going to clone me.
They're going to clone me because Jesus is coming back. I think really soon, guys.
I think really soon Jesus is going to take people and they're going to go missing.
And then when they go missing. There's going to be a doppelganger.
You then have him going back to talking about God and Satan and then asking some people to record a story, telling people to post it everywhere and I probably shouldn't be driving to be honest,
But I have to post this because if something comes out in the news and somebody says that I did something and they said I went crazy,
I'm not suicidal and I need everybody to take this really serious right now because no one around me is actually helping and then after that, he says that Jesus saved his life.
He claims that Islam is part of the Antichrist plan, but that he loves Muslims, and suggests that some of the news that we see might not be real.
But then also he says this, and this has been kind of the thing that a lot of people understandably have been honing in But I don't trust my family any longer.
I don't trust Alexis. I don't trust Mike. I don't trust Chase, Sean or Samantha.
I want to say, without a doubt.
That my family, my whole family, everybody in it, they're all the devil. They're all demons.
And I know you guys are going to think I'm crazy, but I want you to look up Chad Dorman.
I want you to look up Chad Dorman, who killed his three kids, and Chad Dorman said.
Chad Dorman said that God told him to kill his children because he saw a Bible verse about Abraham.
Abraham sacrificing Isaac. And so he went home and killed his kids.
Because the devil can use anything. And the greatest trick that the devil ever played was that he didn't exist.
And I know that I think these stories are probably going to end in like cops coming to get me.
And so when I go missing, guys, if you see another me come out, it's not So he says the name of his kids, he's talking about his family and the man that he's referencing there.
Right.
Chad Dorman, is a real guy who killed three young sons and claimed that he did it for God. So a pretty fucking scary thing to reference.
But then also after that, he continue to insist that he was in a sound state of mind. pay attention. I need everybody to record this and post this all over the internet. This isn't a joke and daddy's not having a mental breakdown.
People are going to say, oh, it's religious psychosis. all I know is somebody's got to believe me. That my family is the devil.
They're the Antichrist. And the tribulation is is probably.
Probably about to also you haven't repeatedly saying that there are imposters among us and he floats various conspiracies. Remember the game? The video game among us.
There's an imposter among us. What if that was a real.
What if that was And I don't know, we got to weed out because there's imposters among us.
Every person who ever did anything wrong is going to heaven because there's an actual upside down to this world.
What a Stranger Things was real Could it be that we don't remember the bad things that we do,
Like the really bad things or whatever, because our bodies are actually being, I don't know,
Body swapped, soul snatching, lizard men, all these things.
Right now there's a lot more talk about Christ, Scripture, church, and various religious references that kind of seem incoherent and disconnected.
I think all religion is false.
Except for I believe that there's a God and it's found in and my car is literally surrounded in blood.
Go ask a witch because they travel through dreams and they see children sitting in blood, and they're not allowed to touch them because the parents prayed and pleaded the blood of Jesus over the and so all in all, just very concerning and scary stuff.
And so understandably, you had a lot of people online expressing their concern for daddy.
Or with many saying that he seems to be going through religious psychosis, was weather is arguing that it looks like he might be on drugs, with some noting how he's moving his mouth.
Another thing people have been noticing, including me, is his jaw and how it's twitching everywhere.
I'm not going to make any blatant statements, of course, but it definitely seems like he's on something.
If anybody knows anything about Coke, your jaw twitches a shit ton while you're on you then also saw a lot of people expressing concern for the safety of the family.
I'm saying someone needed to call the authorities because he posed a real danger to himself and others. then also what? I'm not going to feature them here because there's the internet.
You got a lot of people posting edits, making fun of but then as far as the family, you had his wife, Samantha, actually making a post on Instagram where she confirmed that she and her family are safe and then added, my husband is currently okay.
And right now our main focus is our family and making sure our children are protected and supported.
Saying I understand to some people what is being posted may seem like entertainment, gossip or something to watch from the outside, for my children. To me, this is real life.
Are living through what feels like a nightmare right now, and seeing such a painful situation continue to circulate online only makes an already difficult time even harder.
With Samantha asking at the public give her family privacy and grace and concluding, we are taking things one moment at a time and trusting God to carry us through.
And while obviously many including a lot of their fans are going to keep their eyes on this situation.
Also think that whenever we talk about a situation like this on the show, it can serve another purpose. that can be a reminder to check in on your family and friends. can also be a reminder. Check in on yourself.
It can serve as a reminder that there are resources out there for you and them.
So if you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, you can call or text the 988 suicide crisis lifeline.
Also for more long term needs check out nam reorg or sam hsa.gov.
Then of course always call 911 first if there's any kind of life threatening emergency. right.
-
And then jumping from this big online conversation to another, we've got to talk about Hollywood's favorite super and that's because at least right now, they're not the fictional kind. They are the very real.
And for many very tech and part of the reason you're seeing this play out is there are these four scathing new movies that about tech CEOs that are getting a lot of
And then with that, they're sparking interesting observations and conversations around the zeitgeist and the tensions between the entertainment and tech though I will say personally,
I have a bit of my own take on this that I'll add on to the But you've got artificial.
That's the biopic starring Andrew Garfield as OpenAI CEO Sam you're also getting the Social Network sequel, The Social Reckoning, this time starring Jeremy Strong is Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Then as far as documentaries, you have Musk, which is a four hour long takedown.
Elon Musk, of course, is the CEO of Tesla Space and then finally, at least for this conversation, you have the very highly anticipated Nathan Fielder doc.
You can see everything which is about Theranos founder Elizabeth right.
In the previews that are out there for this movie, they give you kind of a good sense of how these people are being portrayed as cartoonishly evil and, like, sociopathic.
Industries are going to collapse.
And we get to be the ones. To shepherd people in to this new world.
Enough people can post what they want. We're not the ref. We're the public square. This is a car that lies to you about what it's doing.
As a result, young woman lost her life in a young man was forever injured. Twitter is the place where Elon can tell his side of history.
I don't have anything to deceive you on. Of course I'm not deceiving you. I'm engaging with you as a human being.
Why would I deceive you? I especially love that last clip, if not just for it.
It also the memes we've seen around the number of these films are highly anticipated as far as how the tech industry is reacting to it, you have Politico reporting that they're just kind of unbothered.
For example, the founder of a left leaning tech lobby group describing the industry's reaction as a collective shrug and they put their blinders on and focus on shipping product on not losing their though also you know,
Some of the subjects of the films, they do seem fairly so, for example, you had Altman giving a snarky reaction to CNBC, did see the movie trailer.
I mean, it looks like an awful movie, but I appreciate people's creativity, and I really do support as far as Musk, he called the doc about him a hit piece. And then Zuckerberg.
He hasn't commented on the sequel and of course, you have these movies and docs coming at a time where you have a new, terrifying headline about technology playing out literally every lots of them, of course, having to do with AI,
Whether it's the ongoing possibility of human extinction conversation, a new instance, agents going rogue and hacking into something important, or the AI company CEO is admitting, hey,
We have very real concerns and actually begging government officials and organizations for regulation.
All while you've got polls out there, like a recent CNN poll showing that a large majority of Americans say that they are more concerned than excited about AI.
And then you have this fresh wave of AI anxiety coinciding with new headlines about the very serious risks of social media because there was that major meta lawsuit where they settled with 47 states,
The District of Columbia and US territories, where they agreed to make changes to their products over social media addiction then of course, as Meta's been getting heat for their Ray-Ban glasses, which many are calling pervert glasses.
So. Then again, with all that, you have people talking about how this wave of movies that reflects Americans growing resentment toward the people of the helm of these right. In his.
Mark Casson, a filmmaker and co-founder of the civic engagement website A Starting Point, put the on screen villains change based on what the pervasive fear fact that a handful of extraordinarily wealthy
People could have all the technology that could control all of society and dole out our futures to us as they see fit, is a fair in these films, all play on while a number of these, they could be huge hits.
The story is also, I think, a little more well, clearly there is a lot of interest in a number of these stories.
You got tech leaders making these films one more and more difficult to get I mean, one example being artificial, that movie was originally set to be distributed by Amazon, MGM Studios.
But then Amazon dropped the film in June, saying that it would be better served if it were released by a different which I'm sure just has nothing to do with Amazon's massive partnership with OpenAI,
The subject of the and also for a while, it was unclear if there would be an international release of Musk because there was a domestic premiere set for October 9th, but no international release date as of mid
So you had that along with the report that Universal Pictures, which holds the film's oversea distribution rights, might not release Musk's attorney apparently sent director Alex Gibney a, quote, frosty legal
So there appears to be more going on than a bunch of people that don't care, the ultimately artificial was saved by a smaller distributor, neon, and the international release of Musk is now going ahead as right.
And so with all that, I think the final thing, it kind of comes down to two things, though.
It's all one I think the timing of these movies is very Are we talking October releases just ahead of the November 3rd election.
So obviously, if you're talking about something that might help public opinion or change public opinion or have some sort of short term impact that potentially is then also two.
I think the timing of these movies is interesting because they're coming after another movie that seems to comment on these types of movies, and that is
A movie that largely the critics skewered as far as public opinion, that's kind of all over the place. I personally love the Right.
But without ruining it, I would say it's a movie that critiques movies like these, a few of these that are coming
Or proposing a narrative that, hey, these movies, these pieces of entertainment, they can be cathartic.
But also do they largely just placate us where we get to point to a thing, go, yeah, we got meanwhile, the people with the power, meanwhile the billionaires, they continue doing what they're doing to us and the
That these pieces of entertainment, they often end up not actually being vehicles for change, but things that kind of just keep things the status so in a certain way, it not only ends up criticizing satire, but people that consume it and then do not take action.
And so actually if there's any way that I can end this piece, it's going to be let's say two things.
I don't want to turn this into a this could be a video on its one for the immediate short term. Hey, the election is less than a month away. Early voting is happening in a number of states.
Look, here's your little cheat sheet. You can pause and get that for Go to vote. Make a voting plan. Find out where to vote. Do all that goodness.
Get people to go out with right with that vote all the way down the ballot. Because everything matters.
Yes, nationally, but also hyper and two if you want to have some of the most meaningful impact, start whether it's working with local organizations like a food bank of some
Whether it's running for hyper local office, those local offices, y'all are so You might not think you're qualified. I've seen a lot of the people that are running, especially on the other side.
There's there's a lot of unqualified people. met a lot of you.
You suffer from being so smart that you have reasonable concerns about yourself and not like a crazy, I'm better than everyone
Your local communities, your states, your country need and or you can group together and support those with whatever you have your time, your skills, your money.
You're like, my, my whole thing is in my opinion, no one special, but I do have the ability of having a wallet and also having a spotlight to point at very fortunate.
But things do not change unless we do it all together. Because you can't just count on the people that are in privileged situations. I've met a lot of them. Some good, some bad.
There are a number of them that are more than happy to pull the ladder up behind all of this, because it's the two things I say the most on this show these days. Unfortunately, it can't just be don't be stupid stupid anymore.
You may not fuck with politics, but politics will fuck with you.
So be the change you want to and then there's a lot more we got to dive into in just a minute. But two things really one if you haven't yet, hit this video with a like.
Make sure you subscribe with all notifications turned We're a lovely pack of weirdos.

There's actually a pretty good chance that you're going to be watched. right.
And that's because you've got Trump's DOJ plan to send a thousand election monitors to polling sites in all 50 states.
And you've got Todd Bland insisting that it's totally legal and normal, you've got the NAACP suing his department, writing. To be clear, there is no federal statute that gives the U.S.
Department of Justice the right to send their so-called election monitors to polling sites across the country, and this administration has made clear its intent to disrupt and interfere with the way elections are run in our country.
But today, my focus with you isn't on that story as much as the woman behind right.
Harmeet Dhillon, she's the head of the Justice Department's once famed civil rights division, Right.
Because ever since Trump's people installed early last year, upward of 300 nonpolitical career employees have left the division. and that's his.
Under Dylan's leadership, it pretty much 188 on its original mission, dropping many ordinary civil rights cases and instead going after schools for alleged anti-white discrimination.
And then Dylan attempted to fill its depleted ranks, hiring 126 new lawyers, declaring that she was revamping a division that had been dominated by liberals for far too long.
Now you've got the New York Times taking a look at some of these people's backgrounds. And surprise, surprise, some of them are fucking nuts.
Where you've got conspiracy theorists, partizan warriors, people with few relevant qualifications and even convicted criminals. So we just take a quick stroll through this gallery of weirdos.
We'll start with exhibit A, James Breslow.
He's a former business lawyer and gambling executive who's now helping the DOJ sued the UCLA medical school over anti-white discrimination.
If for some reason that name sounds familiar, it's probably because he's hosted a podcast called Hidden Truth. Epstein is Luciferian, who killed John F Kennedy and January 6th.
We may learn that this was a Antifa plot, bio labs in Ukraine The pandemic was a stealth biological weapons attack on the US.
At my law firm. I used to defend companies on race and sex discrimination cases. And I used to say that, you know, really, you shouldn't need these protections.
You shouldn't need these protections from government.
If a business chooses to to have a business that serves only whites well, good luck to you. Let's see how you do. and then moving on to, let's call it exhibit B.
You have gun rights activist Barry Arrington, who heads a new Second Amendment before that he made his name as an opponent of the theory of evolution and same sex marriage.
And then last year he convinced the Supreme Court to strike down Colorado's ban on conversion therapy.
The next step for exhibit C, you've got Peter Feynman, a former lawyer from Florida who's now senior counsel for the Civil Rights in 2021, he accused Michigan so-called diabolical Governor
Gretchen Whitmer of forcing citizens to get the mark of the beast, by which he meant the Covid He also claimed that January 6th was a false flag operation
Orchestrated by liberals and then compared them to Nazis, writing Trump voters, unlike the German citizens who kept silent in the 1930s, have guns.
Then for exhibit D, there's Khaleel Quinnen, who's handling criminal cases for the DOJ.
But last year, he was forced to quit the Florida State Attorney's Office after botching the murder trial of OnlyFans model Courtney or with the judge ruling that he viewed and shared
iCloud files explicitly marked as privileged communications between the defendant's family and their defense Then you have exhibit E, Daniel Flickinger, who is also forced to resign from his law firm in disgrace
After he made a Facebook post in June of 2020, right after George Floyd was killed with a Things I think I were a seven time felon, with my most recent prison stint stemming from robbing
And holding a pregnant woman at gunpoint in her Would I choose to die in a fentanyl and methamphetamine numb strangulation if it meant being worshiped in the nationwide funeral and my family receiving millions of Purely hypothetical.
And then the next few exhibits.
They pertain to people who are working on cases for the civil rights division related to voting and elections, which is an especially controversial area because critics see them as basically just helping Trump undermine the electoral
So the first guys you got are William Mormon and David Michael Levin, both of whom you can see in this video from it's the day of Minnesota's primary elections, and they're seen approaching a polling place while a local election
Official warns them to stay back because legally, they're not allowed I'm assuming you don't want to interfere with our ability to check for your compliance with the law.
Oh, not at all. And that's why. See, this is where the bucks not going to stop. I have somebody I can call the you I talk to.
Like, if if you have more questions, I'm just going to square as it turns out, before this Mormon, he was a lawyer for Minneapolis police officers
Who were charged in connection with the murder of George so, you know, exactly the guy you'd want for the Civil Rights and as far as Levin.
Well, he's a right back in 2015, 2016, as a political stunt, he hacked into the election system for Lee County, Florida, twice.
With him then pleading his felony down to a pair of misdemeanors and then doing three weeks in jail and two years of though more recently he's been accused of shady stuff again
Because of his connection to a company that provides customer leads to insurance or with a client suing him and his wife for providing unusable leads and judges in that case, repeatedly reprimanded them for not turning over documents and ignoring court orders, rules and procedures.
In fact, as recently as of August, the court made him pay over $200,000 in damages and lawyer fees for engaging in fraudulent misrepresentation and civil conspiracy.
The next step you've got another guy working on election cases for the DOJ being David Vandenberg, a former assistant district attorney in El Paso, the wall.
So you had a former supervisor telling the times that he was hot headed in the workplace, once berating a coworker over a photocopier dispute and once chiding a court official which got him barred from the when she was asked whether the DOJ should have hired him, his supervisor said no.
Hell oh, and then also he is facing charges of animal neglect.
And last year, a mother sued him for deliberately side swiping her car, flashing his DA's badge and then fleeing the scene in a hit and right.
And then last but not least, we have Eric Neff, who is leading the entire voting section for the DOJ civil Rights or with his thing being that he got suspended from his work as an LA prosecutor
Because he allegedly botched a case having to do with You had him charging the executive of a software company for restoring poll workers data on a Chinese server.
But his bosses ended up having to yank the indictment and pay the company $5 million for a still, you know, that whole case becoming a flashpoint for conservatives, alleging that there was some kind of election rigging conspiracy involving China in 2020.
And so that's how Neff seemingly came to hold power in the DOJ.
Yeah, fun story and times, just thought you should But then also like the insanity we're seeing, it doesn't stop with one division. It extends to the entire DOJ and even the FBI right.
-
You've got Trump and his goons seemingly ordering both to violate the Constitution over a TikTok Right.
One of the things I'm talking about there is about this new whistleblower report from the former FBI intelligence analyst, Jill Because you have fields saying that she was reassigned from the cartel squad
In the LA field office to work as oversight on investigations related to the anti-ISIS protests across the country last her complaint, she said that there were two separate
Incidents were either the white House or DOJ officials pressured FBI staff to open investigations into people protesting Ice. and that's a key thing. All they were doing was and so.
In one of the examples, she said that Trump saw a video on TikTok protesters outside of LA using megaphones to tell people about their rights and give warnings if Ice agents were around.
Modern community. The presence of is here, so don't open your doors. They are not allowed to go in.
And they have a judicial warning sign language that they have to go through your window. So don't open the doors Get out of our neighborhoods.
Where you pick up these people here. We don't want you here. You're not over here. Oh, it's not uncommon or endangered.
According to the report, you had Trump seeing that, getting pissed and ordering FBI Director Cash Patel to have the LA field office opened an investigation into those protesters specifically.
Anyway fields also saying that another FBI official told her that in a meeting with Patel they were told, Trump was angry about the incident and he wanted those protesters investigated and arrested.
So, just to be clear, this is a key thing.
It is both illegal and against Bureau policy to open investigations into protesters solely for First Amendment which does include peaceful protest.
And these were, according to fields report, peaceful protest, saying that a preliminary review by the FBI found that the protests from the video, quote, never crossed the line into impeding arrest or being a
But then even after they reached that conclusion, fields said that she and other agents were told that the investigation would continue because Trump wanted it and then you have this other incident where then
Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove is said to have ordered FBI leaders in LA to investigate any anti-ISIS or CBP protesters demonstrating at federal buildings in the and again, despite that being super fucking illegal.
You have fields saying that she took her concerns outside of her chain of command and was then promptly reassigned or with the report saying that it seemed like a retaliation move, which, according to fields, created a chilling effect
Within the workforce by signaling to other employees that raising constitutional or legal concerns could carry professional so she quit. And she wasn't alone in that.
According to her complaint, at least one other senior FBI official in charge of privacy and civil liberties matters was upset with the investigations and said that she planned on right.
And then the reason that we know about any of this is because the Democratic Senator Alex Padilla, who included the report in a letter to Cash Patel and Attorney General Todd Blanche
Demanding answers to a whole list of questions, we're saying that fields is complaint shows that both the DOJ and the FBI are willing to start investigation simply at the request of the white House
Or Trump loyalists, disregarding all of the red flags from senior staff or even agency policy and the Constitution.
And adding that both Blanche and Patel promised in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee not to pursue political investigations in this report.
It calls all of that into in addition to that, it raises even more concerns about other investigations that have been opened during their Right.
How many other people have been unconstitutionally looked into for simply exercising their rights?
Now, with all this said, for their part, the DOJ and FBI have dismissed the report as a political saying the DOJ and FBI have a responsibility to investigate any potential violations of federal law
And conspiracies to impede federal law enforcement and assaults on federal officers or against the law, saying violence is not protected by the First Amendment.
Politically motivated attacks will not deter us from doing our and that was also something that we saw echo through several official statements.
Again, despite the fact that none of the demonstrations cited and fields complaint seemingly involved any violence. right. And then from that there are three more stories we got to talk about today.
But first, a quick break from a sponsor. My dogs have exactly two qualifications for Does it smell interesting? And can they inhale it before I fully put the bowl or which means?

You might have missed, as a first step we got to talk about Christa Rick is now days after being hospitalized from her botched execution, she's now conscious and speaking.
And specifically, you had her doctor saying that she's been communicating in a basic way, also adding that she has some memory of being in the hospital, but she doesn't think she remembers the execution attempt at all.
She's also reportedly dealing with some severe damage to her arms, but she's also been taken off the ventilator.
And ultimately, if her doctor calling this whole thing medically unprecedented and adding that her prognosis is still unclear, but he does expect a long recovery.
Ran as far as what went wrong with the execution, we still aren't fully sure, we know that medical experts were concerned about her small veins, as well as a blood disorder that she has that could make fluids leak into the surrounding tissue in her arm instead of the vein itself.
But for now, that just ends up being the best lead that we have so far.
So then with that, you had governor Bill Lee putting on hold executions in the state last week, hoping to get more answers. There.
Also, you had her lawyers in court today asking the Tennessee Department of Corrections be required to preserve any evidence related to what could have gone wrong.
There you have some people saying that could be the first step in a future lawsuit.
Then also something that might not be where it ends, with people putting pressure back on governor Lee to commute her sentence. there. I'll say it doesn't seem like he's budging, Right.
He had already denied her clemency request days before the execution was scheduled.
Then after it failed, you had him saying people of Tennessee have determined that capital punishment is the appropriate sentence for the most heinous of crimes.
Adding it, they expect that those sentences will be carried out in a manner that is not only legal and constitutional, but effective.
But for now, we're gonna have to wait to see how things move out, because, yes, there's the court of public opinion, but also we might see something happen legally. though, for now, the ball is largely in Governor Lee's court.
-
Then also in the news if the other accusations weren't bad enough, officials are now saying that Andrew Tate had bestiality on one of his devices. Right.
And specifically what they allegedly found were images of people having sex with live animals, including a horse and an eel. Right.
And that is just the latest disturbing accusation that the UK's filing to get him and his brother Tristan extradited.
Because they're also saying they have Andrew on camera in bed with a 17 year old girl wearing lingerie, kissing his neck, claiming that they saw messages that prove that he knew the girl was underage, even telling her about the legal problems that it could cause.
Then also had reports saying that he and his brother have been going online, starting fake relationships with women, and convincing them to move to Romania to join their webcam business.
Right with those, of course, being long standing allegations.
Apparently when women showed up and your interest in what allegedly take their passports, make them completely financially dependent on them and eventually force them into doing porn.
And so the accusations, they just don't stop rape, assault, human trafficking, prostitution, extreme pornography. It's a lot. Right.
But their legal team, they're denying all of as far as the reality videos, their attorney says that the officials are trying to tie Andrew to a device they allegedly found in what he called a flophouse, claiming that there is no proof that he ever actually watched any of the videos on it.

Preventive and anti-epidemic measures have been organized to an exhaustive and adding that there are no epidemiological risks in the and so right now, you know,
We still don't know what the exact source of pneumonia that killed her yes, you have a lot of people holding Russia's feet to the fire, pressing for more transparency, with this update, it at least seems like we can wait for more details with a little less anxiety.
