TRUMP IS FREAKING OUT! New Epstein Emails Expose Him & MAGA is Turning On Him Over H-1B Scandal

PDS Published 11/12/2025

    • This just may be the most explosive drop that we’ve gotten from the Epstein files yet.

    • Because we’ve got Jeffrey Epstein himself talking behind the scenes about the man who “knew about the girls,” the “dog that hasn’t barked”: Donald J. Trump. [B roll, 00:29]

    • With Democrats on the House Oversight Committee releasing three bombshell emails this morning that they obtained from Epstein’s estate, not the DoJ, which explains how they got around Pam Bondi’s stonewalling. [Post]

    • Right, because just to remind y’all, since it seems like everyone’s forgotten, it’s been three months and a week since the committee subpoenaed the DoJ for all Epstein-related materials, and still they’ve only received a tiny fraction. [Headline]

    • But anyway, let’s get to these emails, and for context, they’re all from after Trump and Epstein’s breakup in 2004 as well as Epstein’s 2008 plea deal in Florida.

    • So the first one is an April 2011 email apparently from Epstein to Ghislaine Maxwell in which he says: [Image]

    • “I want you to realize that that dog that hasn’t barked is trump. [Redacted victim] spent hours at my house with him ,, he has never once been mentioned. Police chief. etc.     im 75 % there.” [Image]

    • With Maxwell apparently responding: “I have been thinking about that … .” [Same image]

    • Then, the next email’s from December 2015, when the author Michael Wolff told Epstein that he’d heard CNN planned to ask Trump about their relationship during the Republican primary debate.

    • So Epstein apparently asked: “If we were able to craft an answer for him, what do you think it should be?” [Image]

    • To which Wolff replied: “If he says he hasn’t been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency. You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him, generating a debt. Of course, it is possible that, when asked, he'll say Jeffrey is a great guy and has gotten a raw deal and is a victim of political correctness, which is to be outlawed in a Trump regime.” [Same image]

    • Now just for clarity, CNN never ended up asking Trump about Epstein.

    • But lastly, we’ve got another email from January 2019, months before Epstein’s final arrest but weeks after the Miami Herald published a series of reports on him.

    • With Epstein apparently responding to a question from Wolff about whether Trump kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago, writing:

    • “Trump said he asked me to resign, never a member ever. Of course he knew about the girls as he asked ghislaine to stop.” [Image]

    • And at least for right now, that’s all of it, with the bits about Trump knowing about the girls, spending hours with one victim and being the dog that hasn’t barked grabbing the most attention.

    • So you have Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, saying: [Image]

    • “These latest emails and correspondence raise glaring questions about what else the White House is hiding and the nature of the relationship between Epstein and the President. The Department of Justice must fully release the Epstein files to the public immediately. The Oversight Committee will continue pushing for answers and will not stop until we get justice for the victims.” [Quote]

    • But on the other side, Oversight Republicans point out that Epstein’s estate gave them some 23,000 other documents, and argue:

    • “Democrats continue to carelessly cherry-pick documents to generate click-bait that is not grounded in the facts.” [Quote]

    • And as for those “facts,” they claim that the redacted victim’s name in the 2011 email between Epstein and Maxwell is actually Virginia Giuffre [Joo-fray], the woman who took her own life earlier this year.

    • With the GOP posting:

    • “Why did Democrats cover up the name when the Estate didn't redact it in the redacted documents provided to the committee? It's because this victim, Virginia Giuffre, publicly said that she never witnessed wrongdoing by President Trump. Democrats are trying to create a fake narrative to slander President Trump. Shame on them.” [Quote same link]

    • Then, as for the White House’s response, you have Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt saying:

    • “These stories are nothing more than bad-faith efforts to distract from President Trump's historic accomplishments, and any American with common sense sees right through this hoax and clear distraction from the government opening back up again.” [Quote]

    • But the most recent polling proves her wrong, with a survey from late September showing that roughly three quarters of Americans want all the Epstein files released, with just 13% wanting only some released and 9% wanting none released. [Quote, first line]

    • And after today, the majority of Americans will be one step closer to getting what they want.

    • Because Adelita Grijalva [Pronounce 00:16] is finally scheduled to be sworn in right around when this show goes out. [Image]

    • Right, she’s the elected Democratic representative from Arizona whom Mike Johnson’s refused to swear in for 50 days now.

    • With him claiming that he can’t so long as the government’s shutdown, even though no such rule exists and he swore in two Republicans who also won special elections earlier this year while the House was in recess.

    • But regardless, the House came back today to vote on the Senate’s funding bill, and as of this recording, Grijalva’s set to be sworn in as well.

    • Which will give Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie the crucial 218th signature on their discharge petition to force a floor vote on whether or not to make Trump give up the Epstein files.

    • And House minority leader Hakeem Jeffries said when she’s sworn in, signing the Epstein files petition will be the first thing she does as Congresswoman. [B roll]

    • In fact, by the time you’re watching this, there’s a strong chance she already has.

    • But before you celebrate, that doesn’t mean we get the Epstein files.

    • Because once she signs it, lawmakers have to wait seven legislative days before bringing the petition to the floor.

    • Then, Mike Johnson has up to two legislative days to schedule a vote.

    • And keep in mind, these are legislative days, not calendar days, so if the House cancels any upcoming days, that’ll delay the vote even further.

    • And then, Johnson could use a couple of procedural tricks, such as tabling the final vote or referring it to a committee, to keep delaying.

    • So the earliest possible time the House could vote is the first week of December, but it may take longer, and when it happens, there will be a series of procedural votes with hours of debate first.

    • But even if the House passes it, it’ll have to get past the Senate with 60 votes, assuming it even gets a vote at all.

    • And then it’ll go to Trump himself for a signature, and unless I woke up this morning on a another planet, he’ll veto it. [Image]

    • At which point the only recourse would be to override the veto, which needs two-thirds of both the House and Senate.

    • So for Democrats, the point isn’t actually to force the White House to release the files; it’s to humiliate the Republicans by making them vote no on the measure that would do that.

    • And this Epstein stuff is just one spot where Trump is weakened right now.

    • Because his MAGA base is furious over comments he made about H-1B visas during an interview with Laura Ingraham.

    • Right, he was doing his usual bit claiming we have the world’s greatest economy, saying we are ahead of China on fronts like AI, which prompted Laura to ask:

      • “And does that mean the H-1B Visa thing will not be a priority for your administration? Because if you wanna raise wages for American workers, you can’t flood the country with tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands of….Well I agree, but we also do have to bring in talent….well we have plenty of talented people here….no you don’t, no you don’t…We don’t have talented people here?...No, you don’t have certain talents, and people have to learn. You can’t take people off an unemployment line and say, I’m going to put you into a factory to make missiles.” (5:20-5:48)

    • And that pissed off many of his supporters, who felt like the President was arguing that the country’s citizens are not talented enough to sustain its work force.

    • With some writing things like:

      • “I’m sorry but what the f*** is this?...American talent built everything the modern world takes for granted now. Give me a break. This is insanity.”[]

      • “What an atrocious thing to say. This will cost republicans the midterms.”[]

      • “Where is my President?”[]

    • Right, people saying that he lost touch with his base, this is not what they voted for, that \ his administration is already crashing and burning. [][][]

    • People invoking Charlie Kirk and pointing to a tweet where he called H-1B visas a “scam.”[]

    • And so as this outrage was building, you had people like Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has not been afraid to buck her party and Trump recently, using this moment to say:

      • “I believe in the American people. I am one of you. I believe you are good, talented, creative, intelligent, hard working, and want to achieve. I am solidly against you being replaced by foreign labor, like with H1Bs.”[]

      • “I am America First and America Only.”

    • The comments also blew up so much that the outrage left just the MAGA bubble, and people on the other side of the aisle also slammed Trump for hypocrisy, writing:

      • “The most anti-immigrant president in recent history now says that Americans are just too stupid and untalented to do most of the jobs that we’re going to need to bring in foreigners to do.”[]

    • And if you need a quick refresher on what H-1B visas are, they allow companies to hire highly-qualified foreign workers with very specific skillsets so that the U.S. has top-talent and is competitive in fields like STEM, medicine, and more. []

    • They are temporary visas, applicants have to have certain educational requirements to qualify.

    • And they get capped every year, right, only a certain amount of people are actually able to get them annually, so they are very coveted. []

    • And H-1B visas have been a divisive issue on the right for a long time now.

    • On one hand, people like Elon Musk have spoken in support of these visas, he actually reportedly came to the U.S. via an H-1B. []

    • But then on the other hand, as you can tell by this massive outrage towards Trump right now, tons of people oppose them as part of their overall anti-immigration stances.

    • And earlier this year, Trump actually signed an executive action to impose $100,000 fees on H-1B visas.

    • So some see Trump’s remarks to Laura Ingraham as a change of tune here, noting he even pointed to an ICE raid that happened under his own administration as evidence as to why we actually do need foreign workers.

    • Right, not long ago there was an ICE raid at a Hyundai facility in Georgia, hundreds of people, mostly from South Korea, were detained and then deported over the visas status, but of this incident, Trump said:[]

      • “They had people from South Korea that made batteries all their life. You know, making batteries is very complicated. It’s not an easy thing. Very dangerous, a lot of explosions, a lot of problems. They had like 500 or 600 people, early stages, to make batteries and to teach people how to do it. Well, they wanted them to get out of the country. You’re going to need that, Laura.” (5:59-6:20)

    • Then, this morning, you also had Kristi Noem going on Fox News to address Trump’s comments, and there she just defended the administration’s general visa strategy:

      • “We’re going to keep using our visa programs, we’re just going to make sure they have integrity. That we are actually doing the vetting of individuals that want to come to this country. That they want to be here for the right reasons.” (4:27-4:37)

      • “And that is what I think is so remarkable is under the Trump admin, we have sped up our process and added integrity to visa programs, to green cards, to all of that, but also more people are becoming naturalized under this administration than ever before, more people are becoming citizens.” (4:42-457)

    • But that also did not go over well with a largely anti-immigration base, with tons of conservatives again writing:

      • “We do not want or need more people to become citizens.”][

      • “Are they trying to lose the base? How can they be this out of touch?”[]

      • “We didn't vote for this.”[]

    • With high-profile commentators like Mike Cernovich saying he’s not “in the mood” to defend Trump from all the Epstein allegations because of this visa issue.[]

    • So I would love to know your thoughts on this one, on how many times the walls can appear to close in on Trump just for him to get back up, if you think any of this outrage will have legs long enough to impact 2026, anything at all.

    • The Trump administration sent more than 250 Venezuelans to a Salvadoran prison only for them to be harassed, tortured, and abused.

    • And it did so knowing full well they would be mistreated and even face threats to their lives.

    • That’s according to a new report by Human Rights Watch and Cristosal (crease-toe-sal)– which is a group focused on investigating violations in Central America.

    • And notably, it’s a group that was recently forced to suspend its operations in El Salvador due to threats from the government – including over its work documenting condition in the country’s prison system.

    • And with that, this report? It’s based on dozens of interviews and independent forensic analysis of injuries sustained by detainees.

    • And they were freed in July as part of a deal that included the release of people from the US being held in Venezuela.

    • With Secretary of State Marco Rubio claiming in a statement at the time that the American citizens and permanent residents had been arrested and jailed “without proper due process” and also calling for the “restoration of democracy in Venezuela.” []

    • Although, of course, the Venezuelans arrested in the US and jailed in El Salvador were also not granted due process.

    • Many of them were actually asylum seekers who fled the Venezuelan regime.

    • And according to this report, roughly half of them had no criminal record at all, and only 3 percent had been convicted in the U.S. of a violent crime – despite official accusations that they were all “terrorists” and gang members. []

    • But notably, even that being true wouldn’t justify the mistreatment they allegedly suffered while in El Salvador – at least under the law.

    • Right, according to the report, they received little to no medical attention, few opportunities to bathe, and almost no privacy.

    • Some said they were psychologically tormented by guards who told them they “would never get out alive”;

      • that “nobody knew they were there”;

      • and that “their families had abandoned them.” []

    • Others said “they were beaten from the moment they arrived in El Salvador and throughout their time in detention.” []

    • And three said they had been sexually abused – though, notably, the report suggests sexual assaults were likely more widespread but not reported due to social stigma.[]

    • WIth the report stating:

      • “These beatings and other abuses appear to be part of a practice designed to subjugate, humiliate, and discipline detainees through the imposition of grave physical and psychological suffering” – and adding:

      • “Officers also appear to have acted on the belief that their superiors either supported or tolerated their abusive acts.” []

    • And with that, another key point being made is that not just El Salvador but the U.S. bears responsibility.

    • With the reporting pointing to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s visit to the facility back in March – when she posted a video of herself standing outside a cell these men had been packed into like sardines.

    • Right, notably, some detainees have reported that they were beaten after that as punishment for shouting and asking to be freed.

    • And you’ve had HRW’s Americas director arguing that Noem’s high-profile visit proved the administration’s awareness of the abuses taking place – saying:

      • “With Kristi Noem visiting directly and recording that video, the US government is very clearly complicit in the very serious and systematic torture that Venezuelans faced.”

    • Although, with that said, it was clear long before Noem’s visit the kind of conditions one could expect to find in a Salvadoran prison.

    • In fact, the State Department’s annual human rights report has regularly expressed concern about prisons in the country.

    • That is, until this year, when it claimedThere were no credible reports of significant human rights abuses” in El Salvador.

    • But you’ve had the head of Cristosal setting the record straight – saying the Venezuelans’ treatment reflected “a broader pattern” that has seen 90,000 Salvadorians arbitrarily detained, disappeared and systematically tortured in the past three years – and adding:

      • “It’s caused the deaths of at least 420 people…although we think it’s probably many more.”

      • “There’s a large and very credible body of evidence that demonstrates that in Salvadorian prisons, the El Salvador government itself could be committing crimes against humanity – and that’s the prison system that the United States contracted to disappear the migrants into.”

    • And with that, these rights groups are calling for an “independent investigation” by the justice department in the US.

    • But that seems unlikely to say the least.

    • With a White House spokesperson responding to questions from Politico about the abuse allegations by doubling down on the administration’s narrative – saying:

    • “President Trump is committed to keeping his promises to the American people by removing dangerous criminal and terrorist illegal aliens who pose a threat to the American public.”

    • “POLITICO should spend their time and energy amplifying the stories of Angel Parents, whose innocent American children have tragically been murdered by vicious illegal aliens that President Trump is removing from the country.”

    • But yeah, ultimately, if you needed another reminder this is the type of administration we’re dealing with.

    • The president is directly pressuring the Supreme Court to rule in his favor in the legal challenges against his tariffs.

      • You know, just in case there was any question that the separation of powers is now a thing of the past.

    • Right, as we talked about in-depth last week, the high court heard a pair of incredibly consequential cases against the president’s use of emergency powers to impose sweeping tariffs.

    • With plaintiffs arguing that Trump does not have the authority to unilaterally enact tariffs without the approval of Congress, while the administration claimed that Trump was able to impose the duties through the use of emergency powers.

    • But a majority of the court — including key conservative justices — appeared to be skeptical of the administration’s defense.

    • Right, and that’s a massive deal because 1) if the high court strikes down Trump’s tariffs, there would be major economic consequences and a messy unwinding that could require the government to refund the money American importers paid for the tariffs.

    • And 2) it would mark one of the few times the court actually moved to limit Trump’s power after what seems like endless rulings that have dramatically expanded his executive authorities.

    • So, unsurprisingly, Trump is fighting tooth and nail to make sure that doesn’t happen.

    • Right, he has repeatedly threatened that a court ruling against him would “literally destroy” the country.

    • And in a Truth Social post on Monday, he claimed that, quote:

      • “The actual Number we would have to pay back in Tariff Revenue and Investments would be in excess of $2 Trillion Dollars” []

    • But then, in a late-night post, he upped the number by another trillion without any explanation, claiming that if the Supreme Court ruled against him, the country would lose “in excess of 3 Trillion Dollars” and adding:

      • “It would not be possible to ever make up for that kind of a ‘drubbing.’ That would truly become an insurmountable National Security Event, and devastating to the future of our Country - Possibly non-sustainable!”[]

    • Now, notably, it is true that various estimates have put the revenues from Trump’s tariffs at between $2 and $3 trillion over the next decade, but there are a number of important caveats.

    • First of all, the higher-end estimates don’t usually account for the negative economic side effects that the tariffs could bring.

      • Like tariffs that other countries place on the U.S. in retaliation, increased inflation, higher prices, and lower GDP.

    • In fact, one study by the Tax Foundation that did account for external impacts estimated that, all told, Trump’s tariffs would only bring in $1.8 trillion over the next decade.

    • And, what’s more, you have many noting that even the higher estimates will not offset the $4 trillion pricetag of the tax cuts in Trump’s Big, Beautiful Bill.

      • Even though the administration has repeatedly promoted the tariffs by arguing that they will offset the trillions of dollars the BBB will add to the deficit.

    • So, as a result, you had many arguing that Trump was trying to bully the Supreme Court into ruling in his favor.

    • And those allegations were only bolstered when Trump appeared to try to bribe the American public to get on his side.

    • Telling reporters in the Oval Office that if his tariffs remain in place, there will be so much money floating around after the tariffs that he will start giving it away to Americans, saying:

      • “We’re going to issue a dividend to our middle income people and lower-income people of about $2,000 and we’re going to use the remaining tariffs to lower our debt, we’re going to be lowering our debt, which is a national security thing.”

    • But, again, there are a TON of flaws with that promise.

    • For one, the president hasn’t provided any other details, besides saying in a Truth Social post that “high income people” wouldn’t be eligible.

      • But he hasn’t said if the dividend would go to children and dependents, or how high the income cap would be.

    • And experts say that the math isn’t mathing.

    • Right, the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget projected that the dividends could cost around $600 billion — nearly double the amount the U.S. is expected to make in tariff revenues from imports over the next year. []

    • And one expert told NPR that even if there’s an income cap of $75,000, like there was with the stimulus checks, there still wouldn’t be enough tariff revenues to cover the cost. []

    • But, beyond all that, these checks might not even offset the money that the tariffs will end up COSTING the American people.

    • Right, an analysis by The Budget Lab predicted that the duties will cost American households an average of $2,400 just this year alone. []

      • So for single people, that won’t even cover the full cost, and if the rebate is a one-time thing, it’ll do little to offset costs over the next decade.

    • So yet another example of Trump pressuring people to do his bidding based on false promises and misleading information.

    • We just got a crazy look into the CIA’s classified operations in Afghanistan and their secret weapon isn’t what you’d expect.

    • Right, during the 20 years of war in Afghanistan, the United States dropped a lot of stuff from the sky - missiles, bombs, tons and tons of ordnance.

    • Let’s back up - in Afghanistan in the early 2000s, the opium trade was ramping up and it was taking its toll on the American goals of taking down the Taliban and stabilizing the  Western-backed government.

      • And you know, eliminating terrorist groups.

    • Right, the heroin market was disrupting the US’s grand plans by fueling corruption in the government and helping pay for the Taliban’s weapons and equipment. []

      • Not to mention that Afghan heroin made up the majority of global heroin supplies at the time - with the stuff usually heading to Europe and the former Soviet Union.

    • Anyway, Western allies and US government agencies argued extensively about the best way to handle, or at least put a dent in, the opium problem without undermining the rural Afghan’s support of the government.

    • But what they didn’t know was that someone was already working on that problem in what some have called an unconventional way.

    • It’s just been revealed and confirmed by 14 unnamed sources familiar with the program that the CIA attempted to influence the crop by spreading specially-modified poppy seeds throughout the country. []

    • The airdrops started in 2004 - while diplomats and other agencies argued about the pros and cons of spraying the crops with herbicide, the CIA had clandestine pilots flying over fields in the two biggest poppy provinces in the country. []

    • Right, with the idea that their seeds would germinate and grow into plants that contained nearly none of the chemicals needed to be refined into heroin.

    • They had next to no morphine in them but they produced the most vibrant red flowers which would, hopefully, push farmers to save the seeds and replant them.

      • As well as offer them to other farmers and spread the American poppy seed across the country - weakening the crop, and therefore heroin production, as a whole. []

    • Though it’s worth noting that these seeds weren’t genetically engineered the way you might think.

      • That advancement was still in the early stages at this point.

    • No, these plants were cultivated the old-fashioned way - bred and cross-bred for the purpose of having the lowest concentration of drug-making juice as possible. []

    • Anyway, these drops kept up for a decade or so - from the Bush administration into the Obama times.

      • Though this was held so close to the chest that some senior Pentagon and State Department officials involved in Afghan policy say they never heard of it - or only heard rumors. []

    • But it was expensive to keep up and eventually, the money ran out - the CIA counternarcotics center’s budget was being squeezed so hard that they tried convincing other agencies to fund the poppy seed drops. []

    • Around 2015, the State Department’s International Narcotics and Law Enforcement bureau picked up the cost for the project but they never did another drop. []

    • Now, reportedly, the Afghan government wasn’t made aware when this program began and it’s not exactly clear whether or not they figured out something was up later on.

      • But we do know that rumors circulated among farmers in Afghanistan about foreigners messing with their plants. []

    • Whether or not it was truly effective, though - right, if there was an actual, measurable dent made in the opium crop - isn’t really clear.

      • Right, Western officials are pretty clear that the open campaign for countering narcotic production in Afghanistan wasn't successful.

        • Saying it was doomed to inter-government and inter-agency bureaucratic squabbling. []

      • However, according to several former CIA and State Department officials, the seeding program was working, at least for a time. []

        • Saying there was a degradation in the potency of Afghanistan’s poppy crop.

      • With one former official adding,

        • “There was a sense that it worked. But maybe over time, it worked less well. That the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze. This is actually an example of creative, out-of-the-box thinking by the agency. … It was dealing with a problem in a non-kinetic, nonmilitary way.” []

      • And the numbers certainly reflect that something happened while this program was running.

      • With a 2018 report by the U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction finding that there was a drop in the poppy crop between 2007 and 2011 but it jumped right back up after that and then skyrocketed in 2016. []

      • With the SIGAR report reading,

        • “No counter-drug program undertaken by the United States, its coalition partners, or the Afghan government resulted in lasting reductions in poppy cultivation or opium production.” []

      • So that’s where we are here - there’s certainly an interesting contrast between programs like this one and the way Team Trump is handling his war on narcotics coming from other countries.

      • However, this was secret for years so maybe there’s something going on behind the scenes we’re not going to know about for a couple decades.

      • Regardless, I would love to know your thoughts about this in those comments down below.

    • but then finally, one more thing.

    • Today, I don't even know how to how to introduce This morning, I had a very cathartic crash out

    • with my buddy Alex Pearlman on our podcast that comes out on Wednesday, crashing out.

    • what opens up with me kind of just letting loose this show right here is like 95% news, 5% opinion.

    • This podcast is the opposite of that.

    • of my favorite things to do on the pod is to kind of slowly wind Alex up and then let him go so for today's videos, I thought we could go out

    • on, me get an Alex to, to go off on Ben Shapiro and, the maggots of a war that's playing out right now.

    • I remember back in fucking 2006 sitting on Myspace hearing about Ben Shapiro for the first time,

    • and he was like 19 years old, and he was like, I'm Ben Shapiro,

    • and I like violin and hate rap music, and porn is part of evil.

    • And I wrote a book about it.

    • His job was always to make, my moms and pop ups want to pat him on the head and say

    • he was one of the good ones who was, you know, he was a kid, and now he's 40.

    • This he's in twink death.

    • Okay. Ben Shapiro is in twink death.

    • That's the pull quote.

    • Make that the fucking clip.

    • Put it up on Instagram.

    • Ben Shapiro looks like he he thinks he still looks young.

    • He's not.

    • He has crow's feet.

    • He is using just for men.

    • There's been accusations about whether or not he's getting lip filler.

    • All right, Ben, you're a 40 year old man arguing with fucking streamers.

    • All you do these days is watch TikTok clips.

    • That's what you do. You're a TikTok reactor.

    • You're not better than any of us.

    • And this is all he's done for a very long time.

    • So of course, someone like Nick Fuentes will come in and not only eat his lunch,

    • take a shit on the table and say, that's you, because that's what he can do over and over that Nick Fuentes can look down the camera and say, young man,

    • you'll never own a home.

    • You'll never own anything, young man.

    • You'll never be able to have a family there trying to keep it off from you.
